What You Will Achieve
In this role, you will:

Lead and co-lead moderately complex projects, effectively managing time and resources, and provide guidance to others.

Apply skills and discipline knowledge to contribute to departmental work and make decisions to resolve moderately complex problems.

Operate independently in ambiguous situations, develop new options guided by policies, and receive instruction on unusual or complex problems.

Review your own work, seek directional review from others, and mentor colleagues by reviewing their work.

Utilize judgment and experience to become a resource for others and develop reimbursement strategies to secure coverage, coding, and payment.

Collaborate with Health Economic staff to assess the economic impact of therapies and products on payers, including government entities.

Deliver comprehensive training programs to a diverse range of stakeholders, including sales force, physicians, and hospital personnel.
-
Guide operational teams in project management, forecast resource requirements, and identify areas for improvement in products, processes, or services.
-
Lead access strategy in broad markets, direct customized strategies for specific regions, and manage the contract development lifecycle with cross-functional teams.
-
Support business growth strategies, benchmark market access of competitors’ products, and ensure Pfizer products' inclusion in hospital formularies by understanding healthcare/reimbursement policy.
Here Is What You Need (Minimum Requirements)

BA/BS with at least 4 years of experience or MBA/MS with at least 2 years of experience or PhD/JD with any years of experience or associate's degree with at least 8 years of experience or high School Diploma (or Equivalent) with at least 10 years of relevant experience

Demonstrated experience in market access, pricing, and reimbursement

Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical market, including products and the dynamics of the "in and off" patent market
-
Proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables, charts, formulas, and working with large data files
-
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
-
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
-
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Master's degree

Experience in market access

Understanding of legal, regulatory, and compliance requirements for the pharmaceutical industry

Strategic thinking and creativity

Effective collaboration with teams

Experience using common AI tools, including generative technologies such as ChatGPT or Microsoft Copilot, to support problem solving and enhance productivity. Demonstrated curiosity for exploring how these tools can improve outcomes and understanding of responsible AI practices, including risk management and ethical use
