By developing and delivering comprehensive training programs, you will help our sales representatives and channel partners understand and convey our pro-innovation and pro-patient policies. Your efforts will ensure that our products reach as many patients and providers as possible, ultimately contributing to improved patient outcomes through effective communication and education.
What You Will Achieve
In this role, you will:

Develop, design, and deliver engaging training interventions for customer-facing commercial colleagues using diverse methods

Lead or co-lead moderately complex projects, effectively managing time and resources
-
Apply skills and discipline knowledge to contribute to departmental work
-
Make decisions to resolve moderately complex problems, develop new options, and operate independently in ambiguous situations
-
Work independently on assignments, seeking guidance on unusual or complex problems
-
Review your own work, seek directional feedback, and mentor other colleagues
-
Utilize judgment and experience to potentially become a resource for others
-
Ensure business requirements are met through efficient and valued customer-facing training services, while monitoring the budget
-
Master multiple delivery modalities to deliver training programs within budget, addressing identified capability needs
-
Coordinate brand trainings with subject matter experts, set performance standards, and establish a training certification process to ensure critical capabilities are certified
Here Is What You Need (Minimum Requirements)
-
Applicant must have a bachelor's degree with at least 4 years of experience; OR a master's degree with at least 2 years of experience; OR a PhD with 0+ years of experience; OR an Associate's degree with 8 years of experience; OR a high school diploma (or equivalent) and 10 years of relevant experience.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

Proven experience in developing and delivering training programs

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Strong project management skills

Strong interpersonal and consultative partnering abilities
Bonus Points If You Have (Preferred Requirements)

Master's degree with relevant pharmaceutical experience

Demonstrated experience in handling multiple projects simultaneously

Proficiency in working within a matrix structure

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Strong leadership and mentoring abilities

Adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced environment

Experience using common AI tools, including generative technologies such as ChatGPT or Microsoft Copilot, to support problem solving and enhance productivity. Demonstrated curiosity for exploring how these tools can improve outcomes and understanding of responsible AI practices, including risk management and ethical use
