Responsibilities

Brand Management

  • Develop the brand strategies to ensure business achievement

  • Lead strategic brand  growth initiatives, including executing brand strategies, managing compliance review, leading development of  the campaign and selecting best fitting moduels for the market , leading and developing POA and execution and supporting to train field force on product positionin and prioritization, supporting on tracking progress towards target

  • Establish solid KOL relationship and strong endorsement

  • Lead Cross-functional collaboration – across Field Force, medical etc  to get alignment

  • Input to the country BP&OP plan

  • Prepare report for global & country level internal communication

Resource Management

  • Lead budget planning and control

  • Monitor brand marketing execution with KPI evaluation

  • Optimize budget effectiveness & efficiency
