Overview:
Are you a finance or accounting professional passionate about driving process excellence and enabling business success?
Revvity is seeking an experienced, hands-on leader with deep expertise in process optimization to join our Digital Finance Team as Finance Process Lead – Record-to-Report (R2R) Strategy & Realization. In this newly created role, you will define the strategy and roadmap for our R2R transformation. You will play a key role in our ERP implementation, partnering across functions to analyze, design, and optimize end-to-end business processes that enhance efficiency and deliver measurable value.
Collaboration is critical—you will work closely with the cross-functional Leads to ensure seamless integration across the full R2R lifecycle, and partner with Finance Leadership and the Global Solution Owner to align priorities and drive execution.

Key responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
- Define and drive the vision, strategy, and roadmap for end-to-end R2R process optimization.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for CFO staff, organizing focused and actionable Key Design Decision (KDD) sessions.
Process Analysis & Design
- Lead greenfield design of future-state processes to enable best-in-class operations.
- Manage external vendors to ensure successful delivery of R2R initiatives.
- Drive process design and improvement within the ERP transformation program.
Project Execution
- Drive and support project execution including testing, UAT, and hypercare
- Support digital finance AI, automation and transformation initiatives
Process Governance
- Establish and maintain robust process documentation standards.
- Ensure adherence to internal policies and regulatory requirements.
Continuous Improvement
- Identify and implement process enhancements leveraging technology and automation to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
- Monitor KPIs, analyze performance, and implement corrective actions as needed.
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Partner with business units, digital teams, and leadership to align process improvements with organizational objectives.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions to support process adoption and change management.
- Communicate roadmap and vision for R2R excellence across the enterprise.
Technology Integration
- Support SAP implementation and integration with other enterprise systems.
- Collaborate with developers and system administrators to ensure seamless technology enablement.
Basic Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field; MBA or professional certification (CPA, CMA) preferred.
Experience:
- 8+ years in finance, accounting, or procurement with a strong background in process optimization and ERP implementations.
- Proven experience in Record-to-Report (R2R) process design and governance.
Skills:
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence at all levels.
Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with SAP BPM and other ERP systems; experience with automation tools is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Deep expertise in R2R processes, accounting, finance, and enabling technologies.
- Proven success in R2R optimization, including process documentation, performance measurement, approaches to continuous improvement, stakeholder engagement and change management.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of best practices in optimizing R2R capabilities.
- Continuous improvement/innovation mindset with desire to consistently understand the art of the possible with emerging tools and technologies in the marketplace
- Ability to successfully lead matrix activities in support of major projects and strategic initiatives, including excellent project management skills with the ability to direct teams to achieve project goals within assigned timelines.
- Strong relationship building skills and excellent verbal and written communication, with credibility and capability to engage and influence cross-functional stakeholders.
- Experience working with solution teams (e.g., PMO, RPA, continuous improvement) to drive improvement projects.
- Demonstrated agility in leading others through change and ambiguity.
- Experience shaping global R2R policy and standardizing procedures across geographies and systems.
- Strong understanding of internal controls and compliance requirements.
