Project Delivery Specialist
Marlborough, MA / Diagnostics
This position is a member of the global Product Development team who will support product development process activities and deliver on strategic company goals.
As part of the global Product Development team, you will be expected to contribute to delivery of strategic goals and support product development activities globally. Contribute to project delivery for broader development projects (hardware, software, kit) and company process improvement initiatives. Provide support at the interface between Product Development and Quality, Regulatory, Clinical, Product Service and Support, and Manufacturing departments.
Specific deliverables include:
- A key focus on supporting delivery of software focused projects.
- A focus on delivering and maintaining the Design History Files for company products.
- Support coordination and alignment of product requirements and deliverables across departments.
- Ensuring that work is completed to agreed timelines.
- Ensuring that delays or issues with a given project are communicated to their supervisor and/or project lead in a timely manner.
- With input from their supervisor, prioritizing workload to ensure key objectives are met on time.
- Support identification and resolution of interdepartmental request and deliverables such as regulatory reviews, quality assessments, service and support coordination.
- Prepare for and ensure projects are ready for phase exits and other project delivery milestones.
- Support organization, preparation for, and execution of Product Development initiatives.
- Compile and present plans, work, and status updates at internal meetings.
- Performing duties in/with other departments, on an occasional basis to meet critical Company objectives as required.
- Ensuring that projects are carried out in accordance with the Company Quality System and to the required Regulatory standards.
- Ensuring that conclusions in written reports reflect the data presented and reports are of the highest quality.

- Other projects or responsibilities may be required
Minimum Qualifications
- BS or life sciences, preferably Biotechnology or Biochemistry
- 2+ years of experience in a laboratory setting, experience in ELISA assays a plus
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in product development, regulated product settings, project management, and liquid handler programming familiarity preferred
- Experience in delivering software projects/products is key
- Experience in complex interdepartmental projects a plus
- Familiarity with Quality System concepts such as CLIA requirements a plus
- Experience working with FDA-regulated products is preferred.

The base salary range for this full-time position is $76,500 - 102,000. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target for a new hire in this position. The base pay actually offered to the successful candidate will take into account internal equity, work location, and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
Please note that base pay is only one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This range allows for the successful candidate to have an opportunity to progress within the position and develop at our company. This base pay range does not take into account bonuses, equity, or other benefits which may be applicable and are dependent on the level and position offered.
