What You'll Do:
Within 30 Days

Conduct comprehensive stakeholder mapping across global finance teams, IT organizations, and executive leadership

Lead discovery sessions with finance domain experts to identify high-impact AI automation opportunities

Establish sprint cadence and delivery frameworks with AI developers, Boomi integration specialists, and SAP technical teams
-
Create initial product roadmap prioritizing business-critical finance processes with measurable ROI potential
-
Build relationships with global product counterparts and establish communication protocols for 24/7 development cycles
-
Define success metrics and KPIs for AI finance automation initiatives
Within 60 Days
-
Own end-to-end requirements gathering and documentation for complex AI-driven finance automation workflows
-
Lead cross-functional sprint planning sessions, ensuring alignment between AI development, integration work, and business priorities
-
Facilitate design thinking workshops to translate finance pain points into technical user stories and acceptance criteria
-
Establish product governance framework including change management, risk assessment, and stakeholder approval processes
-
Drive technical feasibility assessments with AI developers and integration architects for proposed solutions
-
Create and maintain product backlogs with clear prioritization based on business impact, technical complexity, and resource availability
-
Lead regular demo sessions and feedback loops with finance stakeholders to ensure product-market fit
Within 90 Days

Own delivery of first major AI finance automation product release, demonstrating measurable business impact
-
Establish center of excellence for AI product management practices, including requirements templates, testing protocols, and user acceptance frameworks
-
Lead strategic planning sessions with C-suite executives, presenting product vision, roadmap, and business case for continued investment
-
Drive adoption and change management initiatives across global finance organizations
-
Mentor junior PMs and establish scalable product management processes
-
Own vendor and technology partnership evaluations, ensuring alignment with product strategy and technical architecture
-
Lead post-implementation reviews and continuous improvement initiatives based on user feedback and performance metrics
-
Establish product analytics framework to measure user adoption, process efficiency gains, and business value realization
Product Management Excellence:
-
A minimum of 2 years of enterprise product management or business analysis experience with proven track record of delivering complex, business-critical solutions
-
Skills in requirements gathering, user story creation, and agile product development methodologies
-
Experience with sprint planning, backlog management, and cross-functional team leadership
-
Proven ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and manage product roadmaps
AI & Technology Acumen:
-
Understanding of AI/ML capabilities, limitations, and enterprise implementation considerations
-
Experience working with AI development teams and translating business requirements into AI use cases
-
Knowledge of enterprise integration patterns, API management, and cloud platform capabilities
-
Familiarity with data architecture, ETL processes, and real-time analytics platforms
Leadership & Communication:
-
Ability to influence and drive consensus across senior stakeholders without direct authority
-
Excellent presentation skills with experience communicating to C-suite executives and technical teams
-
Strong facilitation skills for workshops, sprint ceremonies, and cross-functional collaboration
-
Working with global, distributed teams across multiple time zones
Delivery Focus:

Track record of delivering high-impact products on time and within scope in fast-paced environments

Experience with risk management, issue escalation, and crisis resolution

Strong analytical skills with ability to make data-driven decisions and measure business impact

Experience with user adoption strategies and change management in enterprise environments
Bonus Qualifications:

Bachelor Degree in business, finance, or technology

Experience in life sciences, healthcare, or regulated industries

Background in fintech, banking, or financial services technology

Knowledge of emerging AI technologies and enterprise AI governance frameworks

Understanding of finance operations: P2P, O2C, R2R cycles, financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes

Knowledge of SAP finance modules (FI/CO, S/4HANA) and enterprise integration platforms (Boomi, Mule Soft, etc.)

Knowledge of financial compliance requirements (SOX, GAAP, IFRS) and audit processes
-
Experience with enterprise data governance, security protocols, and change management in finance organizations
-
Certifications in product management (CPM, CSPO) or business analysis (CBAP, PMI-PBA)
The base salary range for this full-time position is $69,500.00 – $80,000.00 CAD. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target for a new hire in this position. The base pay actually offered to the successful candidate will take into account internal equity, work location, and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
This range allows for the successful candidate to have an opportunity to progress within the position and develop at our company. This compensation range does not take into account other benefits which may be applicable and are dependent on the level and position offered.
