  • 完成公司下达的区域内各项销售相关的指标
  • 在药物研发领域相关客户推荐Revvity产品及定制服务,独立进行产品展示,客户培训及技术协助,在区域内大力发展新客户,和客户采购部门维持良好业务关系
  • 和各个业务部门协调销售订单,物流及库存管理
  • 提供随时更新的销售前瞻预估,使得公司对于整体的产品销售有准确地评判
  • 及时发现市场支持需求,给与市场计划合理的建议,参与展会及各种公司支持的业内会议
  • 提供周报/月报,及时更新客户反馈和问题,以及相应的解决方案

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accomplish KPIs for the territory
  • Establish a network of scientific contacts in pharmas, biotechs and other related customers to propose the Revvity products and services. Independently handle product demonstration, customer training and technical assistance.
  • Develop new customers in the territory. Establish close relationship with purchasing department
  • Coordinate sales order, logistics, and potential inventory management
  • Prepare and implement sales forecasts in association with management to maximize product line sales and business development
  • Identify promotional and other marketing support needs. Contribute to Marketing Plan development. Support trade show promotion by attendance at industry related meetings

职位要求JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • 生命科学领域的硕士以上学历

  • 至少三年以上相关工作经验

  • 对Revvity 产品的技术理论有深入的了解,有一定的应用经验

  • 对于市场和客户有整体的理解,可以做到产品线和客户的高度匹配

  • 强大的谈判和沟通能力

  • 具有在最低限度管理下的独立及主动工作能力

  • 高度的道德和诚信上的自我规范

  • 很好的计算机应用水平,包括Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point 及 Graph Pad Prism

  • 较好的英文水平(听,写,说)

  • A science degree in a relevant field, Master of Biological Sciences or Ph.D. desirable

  • A minimum of three-year sales experience

  • In depth knowledge of theoretical and applied Revvity technology

  • A solid understanding of the industry and market conditions affecting the territory/product line(s)

  • Excellent negotiating skills and strong communication skills both written and oral are also needed

  • Work under minimal supervision and show highly active attitude

  • Demonstrated ethics and integrity

  • Strong Computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and Graph Pad Prism

Fluent in English (reading, writing, and speaking)
