About the role

Overview Responsibilities Design, implement, and maintain automation systems to improve factory processes, reduce downtime, and enhance overall efficiency; Identify and resolve automation system issues, including PLCs, SCADA, HMI, and robotics, to ensure uninterrupted production; Implement automation solutions that contribute to product quality and consistency; Collect and analyze data from automation systems to identify trends, performance indicators, and areas for improvement. Generate reports for management; Stay informed about the latest developments in automation and control technology, experimenting with new approaches and solutions; Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including maintenance, production, and quality assurance, to ensure the seamless operation of automation systems. Qualifications 1+ year of experience in the field of industrial automation or similar roles; Higher education degree in technical science or other related education field; Previous experience with continuous improvement processes and lean manufacturing; Previous experience with industrial networks (Ethernet, Profibus DP / SA or Asi). Knowledge of PLC management software or automation software is considered an advantage; Advanced knowledge of English; Collaborative and team oriented; Willing to work in three shifts.
