Overview The Talent Acquisition Associate Analyst supports end-to-end recruitment operations for both professional and frontline roles, ensuring a high-quality candidate experience and efficient hiring delivery. The role combines recruitment coordination, sourcing support, data management, and employer branding activities, working closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and HR stakeholders across Ukraine. Responsibilities Support end-to-end recruitment activities for professional and frontline roles, including job postings, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and offer support Maintain accurate and up-to-date data in ATS/CRM systems and ensure proper recruitment documentation Coordinate communication between candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers to ensure a smooth candidate experience Support sourcing activities and talent pipeline development in collaboration with recruiters Prepare basic recruitment reports and support recruitment data analysis Contribute to employer branding initiatives, local recruitment campaigns, and candidate attraction projects Participate in TA projects and continuous improvement initiatives Ensure recruitment activities comply with internal TA policies, global standards, and local labor legislation Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field 1–2 years of experience in recruitment, HR operations, or talent acquisition support Basic knowledge of end-to-end recruitment processes and candidate lifecycle Experience or willingness to work with ATS/CRM systems and recruitment databases Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines Good communication skills and ability to work with candidates and hiring managers Detail-oriented with basic analytical and reporting skills Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) English level: Intermediate or higher Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and collaborate within cross-functional teams
