Responsibilities The Opportunity Principales Funciones: Lead the transformation of legacy service contracts into performance-based, scalable models across key categories such as cleaning, security, and contract manufacturing, including energy and Gas contracts. Drive cost optimization and innovation through supplier consolidation, should-cost analysis, and strategic workshops. Manage continuity planning for union-sensitive services (e.g., temp labor, catering, transportation), including risk assessment and supplier diversification. Facilitate strategic collaboration forums with top suppliers to co-develop solutions and share best practices. Benchmark procurement maturity and implement cross-category synergies to elevate sourcing capabilities. Ensure compliance with internal controls, SOX requirements, and global procurement policies. Act as a change agent in the deployment of digital tools (e.g.SAP, Ariba) and automation strategies. Skills Strategic Sourcing & Category Management Lead of compliance. Ensure that all the policies align with our processes and code of conduct Develop and execute sourcing strategies for Facilities and utilities Lead competitive bidding (RFI/RFP/RFQ), contract negotiations, and supplier selection. Apply TCO and should-cost modeling to maximize value. Stakeholder Engagement. Lead strategic meetings with key users to look for productivity opportunities. Partner with Operations, Finance, and Legal to align procurement with business priorities. Supplier Relationship & Performance Management Lead action plans for the vendors in house. Manage key supplier relationships, SLAs, and performance reviews. Drive continuous improvement and innovation from vendors. Experience required Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or Economy 3 to 4 years experience on Procurement/Sourcing with potential to continue to advance within the GP organization Ability to effectively communicate across levels of organization, networking, and influence Strong Analytical Skills Proficient with Microsoft Office, Ariba, SAP, proficient in spreadsheet, Power BI, Macros, Data Automation English Independency and easy to flow through company levels Results-oriented, proactive, sense of urgency, problem solving, assertive communication, personal security, good interpersonal relationships in multicultural environments, integrity.
