Обязанности: Operational role that combines process (Gap Closing, HPP, Quotas, Out sku) and project management from commercial side (NPD launches, rotations, relaunches, CRPT projects) across both short- and long-term planning horizons.

• Close collaboration with cross-functional teams (finance, sales, supply, marketing, catman, perfect store) to solve business problems.
• Lead cross-functional processes Gap Closing, HPP, Out Skus Forums & modernize/improve
• Operational adgenda: npd, rotation, relaunch issue
• Mitigate w-offs through x-functional tools
• Quotas management
• Other projects cross-category projects: CIM etc Требования: 4+ years of experience in FMCG (sales, finance, planning, analytics).

Strong understanding of key strategic and operational category management processes.

Knowledge of P&L, analytics, and statistics.

Experience: working in a matrix organization and in cross‑functional collaboration.

Understanding of digital technologies and analytical tools.

English proficiency at Intermediate level.
