The Operations Change Coordinator leads the execution of commercial and NPD change projects at the Pepsi Co our plants in Broek op Langedijk and Zaandam, ensuring seamless collaboration between central functions and site operations.

This role requires strong project ownership, stakeholder management and the ability to deliver high‑quality implementation in a dynamic and complex environment.

Responsibilities Coordinate all commercial changes and NPD projects at our plants in Broek op Langedijk and Zaandam, acting as the main link between Design & Execute teams and site operations.

Lead day‑to‑day project execution, making operational decisions and ensuring stakeholders are aligned across R&D, CTS, Procurement, Marketing and site teams.

Ensure “Excellence in Execution” by preparing systems, processes and documentation ahead of project implementation.

Support and coordinate plant trials with Ops Support Manager and update all relevant business systems and quality documentation.

Drive continuous improvement by updating training needs, tools and quality systems, and coordinating Kaizen initiatives.

Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Food/Engineering Sciences and 3–5 years of experience in a fast‑paced food manufacturing environment.

Strong project management, planning, analytical and negotiation skills with the ability to influence cross‑functional stakeholders.

Solid understanding of Lean, PDCA, business change processes and food industry standards.

Excellent communication skills, ability to work independently and comfortably manage complex agendas in a matrix setup.

Confident decision‑maker with strong interpersonal skills and resilience in high‑pressure environments.
