
Maintenance Lead
About the role
Overview We are looking for a highly skilled and hands‑on Maintenance Lead who will play a key role in strengthening our production performance, developing technical capabilities, and ensuring stable, loss‑free operations. This role sits within the Production department but works in close partnership with the Maintenance team to drive world‑class equipment reliability. Responsibilities Key responsibilities: Mechanical Expertise — Apply strong mechanical knowledge (bearings, mechanical fundamentals, machine components) to diagnose issues, support troubleshooting, and guide teams in resolving equipment failures effectively. Production‑Driven Analysis — Analyze production and breakdown data in short cycles (24h horizon) to identify losses, prioritize actions, and ensure continuity of production. Breakdown Elimination — Lead the Breakdown Elimination module: create failure standards, facilitate daily reviews, and ensure corrective actions are implemented and sustained. Operator Training — Train operators on proper machine handling, safe operation, and basic mechanical understanding to prevent recurring issues and ensure correct daily operation. PM Ownership — Own the Progressive Maintenance (PM) module, ensuring machines are maintained according to standards and that preventive tasks are executed effectively. Standard Creation & Enforcement — Develop, update, and enforce technical and operational standards to ensure consistent, reliable machine performance. Production Audits — Conduct regular production audits to verify compliance with standards, identify gaps, and drive continuous improvement. Cross‑Functional Coordination — Coordinate daily with Maintenance and Production teams to plan interventions, align priorities, and ensure smooth execution of technical tasks. Skill Development — Build technical capability within line teams by coaching, teaching, and assessing their progress in Autonomous Maintenance (AM) and Progressive Maintenance (PM). Ensuring Operator Readiness — Ensure operators fully understand how to operate, clean, inspect, and maintain their machines according to defined standards. Qualifications Requirements: Minimum 5 Years of Leadership Experience in a production site environment IWS / HPO Knowledge Microsoft Office Proficiency English and Polish Proficiency knowledg Strong Mechanical Background Production‑Oriented Mindset Troubleshooting Skills Structured Problem‑Solving Tools Operator Training & Coaching Standardization Experience Data & Analytical Skills Initiative in Improvements For the purpose of ensuring informed and transparent negotiations, those who advance to the interview stage will be provided with information regarding the initial level of remuneration for the position.
