About the role
Overview Leads multi-distributor execution and delivering strategic initiatives such as new channel development, with direct accountability for AOP results Responsibilities Senior Distributor Executive – Core Accountabilities Own End-to-End Delivery of Strategic Initiatives Leads assigned initiatives such as AFH channel development, new business models, and coordinating execution across multiple distributors. Impacted: Marketing, AFH / KA teams, Supply Chain, Distributors Provide Commercial Insights and Risk Visibility Provides fact-based insights on performance, people productivity, and execution risks to support regional and national decision-making. Impacted: RSM, Channel Heads, Sales Leadership Qualifications Key Skills/Experience Required At least bachelor degree graduated in related filed Minimum 8 years experience in sales especially in Traditional Trade with multiple distributor management Experience in AFH channel is plus Strong leadership, interpersonal, communication and presentation skills Strong problem solving, strategic business thinking, analytical skills, project management and time management skills Strong at change management Good interpersonal and communication skills Entrepreneurial mind-set with can-do attitude Good command of writing and speaking in English and Thai Computer literature Experience selling in FMCG business Differentiating Competencies Required Cross-Distributor Influence & Alignment Ability to align multiple distributors with different priorities and capabilities toward a single project objective, influencing without direct authority. Project Leadership & Orchestration Strong capability to plan, sequence, and drive end-to-end initiatives across distributors, functions, and timelines while managing execution risks. Strategic Prioritization & Trade-Off Judgment Demonstrates sound judgment in balancing core sales execution with regional projects, making effective trade-offs under time and resource constraints. Stakeholder Management & Communication Communicates clearly and confidently with cross-functional teams and distributor leadership, managing expectations and resolving conflicts constructively. Change Leadership & Resilience Leads change across distributor organizations, maintains momentum despite resistance or ambiguity, and adapts execution approaches as conditions evolve.
