The Territory Sales Leader is responsible for leading a team of 6–18 frontline sales representatives and frontline sales leaders to drive superior marketplace execution and customer service. The Territory Sales Leader will also have the opportunity to cultivate relationships and manage multiple priorities to make a positive business impact. Responsibilities Responsible for volume, revenue and market share growth in a designated Responsible for managing sales and merchandising hours, overtime and labor budget Leading collaboration and team effectiveness of customer pod structure Manage, motivate, and develop a team of employees in order to increase sales, daily productivity and improve business performance Conduct ‘work-withs/route rides’ with employees to develop their selling and customer service skills Work proactively with customers to understand business needs and develop strong relationships Maintain process improvement to further enhance productivity of Pepsi Co’s selling and delivery model Collaborate with cross-functional team members to ensure orders are submitted, delivered, and merchandised according to plan Activate local and national marketplace initiatives and promotions to build brand development and maximize brand performance Hold regular weekly meetings with cross functional teams, including Sales Representatives and Sales District Leaders to discuss sales and territory strategies Set productivity and service targets and ensure proper resource allocation between accounts As needed, assist Sales Representatives or Sales District Leads with ad hoc tasks, including but not limited to coaching, intermittent daily routing, and/or customer onboarding. Compensation and Benefits: The expected compensation range for this position is between $73,400 - $122,850. Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process. Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 15% of annual salary paid out quarterly. Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement. Qualifications A minimum of 2 years managing frontline employees or demonstrated leadership capabilities Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent work experience Team Spirit!
