We are looking for a Dare for Tomorrow to join our Commercialization team in İstanbul. Online Application (15 May - 7 June): You will complete the online application with filling out a brief form including the details of your profile. Video Interview (9 - 15 June): You will complete a video interview consisting of 3 short questions about your motivation and abilities Face-to-Face Assessment (6 - 17 July): You will be invited to a face-to-face assessment at Pepsi Co Headquarters where you will experience analyzing a business case in a group discussion Interview (23 - 29 July): You will have a chance to share more about yourself in a meeting with your future line manager. Welcome to Pepsi Co! (15 September) Responsibilities Support the coordination and execution of local Innovation & Commercial Change projects in Turkey in collaboration with cross-functional teams. Work closely with marketing, sales, R&D, supply chain, finance, and global stakeholders to follow up on project activities and ensure smooth communication across teams. Assist in maintaining alignment on key project milestones, timelines, and deliverables to support successful project execution. Track project progress and contribute to the timely delivery of product launches and commercial initiatives. Support the preparation and coordination of stage-gate meetings by gathering relevant data, updates, and project documentation. Assist the project manager in managing stage-gate processes, ensuring proper documentation, and monitoring compliance with project governance standards. Identify potential project risks, monitor critical issues, and escalate concerns to relevant stakeholders when necessary. Analyze project timelines, processes, and financial impacts while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives and simplification opportunities across ways of working. Qualifications Fresh graduates or professionals with a maximum 1 year of working experience (Note that you can apply if you will graduate before August 2026) Fluent in both English and Turkish Agile approach to work in a dynamic environment Strong collaboration and communication skills
