Responsibilities What we're looking for: We're looking for a Quality Control/Assurance Supervisor based at our Brits Bakery. Engaged in performing raw material intake. Responsible for the grading and related functions. Normally reports to Siloman Applied in Milling Operations. Accountabilities: Document and manage quality processes and information Update and implement QA procedures Conduct and moderate internal and external QM audits Test and control raw materials, packaging & finished products; resolved customer complaints & product returns Manage own team and train employees on QM systems, policies & procedures Qualifications National Diploma or equivalent in Biotechnology or Food Technology 3-5 years supervisory experience within the manufacturing / quality environment Computer skills including SAP and MS Office FSSC 2200 and Lead Auditor certificate advantageous AIB Implementation and Maintenance experience “Pepsi Co is an Equal Opportunity Employer in line with the Employment Equity Act"
