Responsibilities The Opportunity  This role will transform complex data into actionable insights and predictive solutions that drive business decisions.

This role combines strong statistical thinking, programming ability, and business acumen to design, build, and deploy data products and machine learning models in real environments.

Your Impact   As Strategy Analyst your responsibilities would consist of Create an integrated database combining recruitment, engagement, orders, and distribution data.

Explore, clean, and structure large, unorganized datasets Develop a metrics framework covering the entire funnel, from recruitment to recurrence.

Design and analyze experiments (A/B tests, causal inference) Monitor and control unit economics.

Define calculation methodologies.

Build inventory forecasting models.

Support the Venture Manager in developing growth projections for the customer base and associated unit economics.

Qualifications ¿Who Are We Looking For?

Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Data Science bachelor’s degree Strong proficiency in Python (pandas, scikit-learn, numpy) Advanced SQL skills Solid understanding of statistics & probability

Experience: with machine learning algorithms and model evaluation

Experience: with data visualization tools and designing PowerBI dashboards Clear communication with non-technical stakeholders Structured problem solving Curiosity and ownership Results driven.
