- Overview Pepsi Co Foods Canada has a current opening at the Frito Lay Facility in Cambridge, ON for an OTR Driver. Shift: Friday
- Tuesday (mornings, or afternoons) Start times for this shift will flex from 2am through to 3pm Compensation: Component pay package What you can expect from us Competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits tailored to support your well-being A dynamic and inclusive culture that promotes you to bring your whole self to work A supportive and collaborative team invested in your growth and development An opportunity to be meaningful and impactful within your work and projects An organization that aims to use their scale, reach and expertise to build a more sustainable world Responsibilities Delivery of product to Frito Lay facilities and external customers with single or Long Combination vehicles (LCV’s), with auto or standard shift tractor Unload product at all customers and internal locations by hand or with handcart (must be able to unload bins) Will be required to do overnight runs with the use of a bunk tractor OTR Drivers must comply with all FLC Controls, Traffic Safety and MTO policies and regulations OTR Drivers must be service/customer focused Qualifications Must have a clean driver’s abstract and current medical in good standing 5+ years of experience as an OTR Driver High School Diploma or GED Equivalent required Long Combination Vehicle (LCV) experience is an asset Proven ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills Results-driven with the ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs as required Proficient in basic computer skills (e.g., digital logs, reporting tools) Flexible and adaptable to scheduling changes and business demands Power the Brands People Love From the products on shelves to the moments consumers share every day, Pepsi Co’s frontline teams make it happen.
