We are looking for a Dare for Tomorrow to join our Category Management team in Istanbul. Online Application (15 May - 7 June): You will complete the online application with filling out a brief form including the details of your profile. Video Interview (9 - 15 June): You will complete a video interview consisting of 3 short questions about your motivation and abilities Face-to-Face Assessment (6 - 17 July): You will be invited to a face-to-face assessment at Pepsi Co Headquarters where you will experience analyzing a business case in a group discussion Interview (23 - 29 July): You will have a chance to share more about yourself in a meeting with your future line manager. Welcome to Pepsi Co! (15 September) Responsibilities Identify category growth opportunities for customers in Organized Trade, E-Commerce, and Away from Home channels by collaborating closely with Shopper Insights, Marketing, and Sales teams. Utilize Nielsen, IPSOS ,customer sellout data and shopper insights to uncover forward-looking opportunities and support data-driven category strategies. Create joint value with key customers by actively contributing to World Class Custormer Engagement (WCCE) discovery sessions and identifying category growth opportunities and customer-focused solutions. Analyze retailer, shopper, and consumer trends to define opportunity areas and develop impactful activation plans aligned with customer needs and category dynamics Develop assortment and space management strategies tailored to shopper missions, customer strategies, innovation pipelines, and pricing tiers to drive total category growth. Track Category Management KPIs as part of Joint Business Plans (JBP), execute corrective action plans with customers, and support the development of category execution targets. Develop and customize category, New Product Development (NPD), and campaign selling stories for key retailers and channels based on store formats, shopper profiles, and customer priorities Qualifications Fresh graduates or professionals with a maximum 1 year of working experience (Note that you can apply if you will graduate before August 2026) Fluent in both English and Turkish Agile approach to work in a dynamic environment Strong collaboration and communication skills
