We are looking for a Dare for Tomorrow to join our Sales Planning (Traditional Trade) team in Istanbul. Video Interview (9 - 15 June): You will complete a video interview consisting of 3 short questions about your motivation and abilities Face-to-Face Assessment (6 - 17 July): You will be invited to a face-to-face assessment at Pepsi Co Headquarters where you will experience analyzing a business case in a group discussion Interview (23 - 29 July): You will have a chance to share more about yourself in a meeting with your future line manager. Welcome to Pepsi Co! (15 September) Responsibilities Prepare monthly sales forecasts and develop Traditional Trade (TT) sales targets, breaking them down by sub-channel and account level while considering varying channel dynamics. Conduct deep-dive sales analyses to identify incremental growth opportunities and provide data-driven recommendations to support sales leadership decision-making. Define and monitor yearly and monthly sales KPIs and program targets tailored to sub-channel dynamics to drive successful business performance. Support the sales team in achieving sales objectives by ensuring alignment with business priorities, targets, and execution plans. Provide direction and operational support that enables the sales team to perform at its highest potential and improve overall productivity. Track and follow up on critical sales KPIs to help the sales team maximize quality time in the field and improve execution effectiveness. Drive operational efficiency and effectiveness by improving daily sales processes, reporting structures, and performance tracking mechanisms. Collaborate cross-functionally with sales leadership and other stakeholders to ensure accurate forecasting, target setting, and continuous business growth. Qualifications Fresh graduates or professionals with a maximum 1 year of working experience (Note that you can apply if you will graduate before August 2026) Fluent in both English and Turkish Agile approach to work in a dynamic environment Strong collaboration and communication skills
