תיאור משרה לסודהסטרים דרוש/ה מנהל/ת שרשרת אספקה לשוק ישראל במסגרת התפקיד:
- אחריות מלאה על ניהול כלל מערך הלוגיסטיקה , בכלל זה ניהול מלאי, תפ"י, ניהול מחסן ומערך הפצה כלל ארצי
- ניהול צוות עובדים- מנהלי תחומים, ראשי צוותים, נהגים ומלגזנים.
- הובלת תהליכי שיפור, פרוייקטים תפעוליים וטכנול וגיים, חדשנות ופרויקטים בתחומי הלוגיסטיקה
- הובלה ופיתוח מקצועי של צוותי לוגיסטיקה לרבות עובדי הפצה (נהגים וקבלני משנה)
- ניהול סיכונים ובטיחות בכלל זה אכיפת נהלי עבודה ואחריות על בטיחות העובדים
- שיפור והטמעת תהליכי עבודה חדשים ושיפור זמני אספקה
- עבודה שוטפת וקליטת סחורה מספקים פנימיים וחיצוניים
- פיקוח ובקרה על מלאי, לרבות מלאי במחסנים חיצוניים
- ניהול ממשקים פנימיים וחיצוניים – מפעלים, ספקים, מפיצים, לקוחות וכו'. דרישות
- השכלה בתחום לוגיסטי או תפעולי
- ניסיון מקצועי בניהול לוגיסטי/מלאי בהיקפים משמעותיים
- ניסיון בניהול צוות גדול של עובדים- חובה
- ניסיון בניהול מערך הפצה מורכב הכולל ניהול נהגים וקבלני משנה

Leading and developing logistics teams, including distribution staff (drivers and subcontractors).
Risk and safety management, including enforcement of work procedures and full responsibility for employee safety.
Improving and implementing new work processes and reducing delivery lead times.
Ongoing operational work and receiving goods from internal and external suppliers.
Supervising and controlling inventory, including inventory stored in external warehouses.
Managing internal and external interfaces, including factories, suppliers, distributors, customers, and additional stakeholders.
Qualifications (English) Academic education in Logistics, Operations Management, or a related field.
Proven professional experience in logistics and/or inventory management on a significant scale.
Mandatory experience in managing large teams of employees.
Experience: in managing a complex distribution operation, including direct management of drivers and subcontractors.
Experience: in inventory planning and logistics planning.
