Job Description: Operate, train, and maintain all production machines across various departments. Perform preventive maintenance according to the manufacturer’s defined maintenance plans. Provide first-line response to machine breakdowns in mechanics, pneumatics, hydraulics, and automation. Monitor system performance, including data collection, standard time management, and writing production procedures. Qualifications (English) Requirements: Education as a Technician / Practical Engineer in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Mechatronics – an advantage. At least 3 years of experience in a similar role within an industrial manufacturing environment – required. Willingness to work a 4-4 shift pattern (2 day shifts, 2 night shifts, 4 days off) – required. Proven experience in troubleshooting machines and systems – required. High level of technical English – required. Knowledge and experience in reading mechanical drawings, electrical schematics, machine drawings, and sub-assemblies – an advantage. Familiarity with mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems used in production machinery.
