Sales Coordinator

Overview Ensure the efficiency of the delivery process while adhering to performance measurement standards. Responsibilities Ensure that orders are delivered correctly and in good condition. Meet with delivery representatives and discuss the daily performance summary. Review reports of delayed or failed deliveries with each pre-sales representative. Optimize the utilization of the distribution fleet. Ensure loading efficiency to guarantee accurate deliveries. Work on updating delivery routes. Monitor customer routes under his/her responsibility. Contribute to the continuous improvement of routes and tools based on market experience. Ensure that sales tools align with business needs and plans. Handle refrigerator placements (in case of wholesale operations). Contribute to training, coaching, and the implementation of health and safety programs in the market. Qualifications Bachelor education degree. Technical background; preferably with experience in food manufacturing companies. Good knowledge of key software applications used in daily operations (e.g., Excel, routing software). Valid driving license
