The position: Temporary Junior Legal Counsel role supporting legal matters in Spain, Portugal and Italy, with key focus on (i) corporate governance for Pepsi Co legal entities; (ii) legal support to marketing activities, and (iii) contract drafting and negotiation. Responsibilities Corporate Legal Support: Assist in managing corporate legal matters in Spain, Portugal and Italy. Marketing & Advertising Legal Support Review and advise on marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and advertising materials to ensure compliance with applicable regulations. Provide early and continuous feedback to minimize legal and reputational risks. Provide legal support for product development process from ideation through launch. Analysis, drafting, and validation of contracts linked to the execution of marketing campaigns (including agreements with influencers, sponsorships, and collaborations). Ensure compliance with consumer protection, food labeling, data privacy, and intellectual property laws in marketing activities. Contract Management Draft, review, negotiate, and execute a wide range of commercial agreements (manufacturing, logistics, procurement). Offer guidance on legal risk assessment and mitigation for internal stakeholders. Qualifications Law degree; additional specialization in corporate or marketing law is a plus. 1–3 years of experience in a law firm or in-house legal department, preferably in FMCG or similar industries. Knowledge of corporate law and commercial contracts is a must, and of advertising regulations is valuable. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment. Fluent in Spanish and English; knowledge of Portuguese and/or Italian is a plus. Why Pepsi Co Iberia?
