Responsibilities The Opportunity Drive continuous improvement strategy throughout the Transformation organization, Sigma expert that provides process design subject matter expertise throughout the design and continual improvement of business processes and operations. Works with Process Owners, Service Account Leads, Functional Delivery Leads, and Service Delivery Leads to create and support creating new business processes and improve existing ones. Your Impact As Proc Excellence Assoc Manager your scope would consist of: 1. Manage process improvement projects from planning to execution, ensuring that objectives are achieved within the established timeframe and budget. 2. Work closely with other functions (HR, IBP Global, Commercial etc.) to implement processes efficiently. 2. Measure and evaluate the impact of process improvements on organizational performance (cost reduction, increased productivity, improved customer satisfaction, etc.). 3. Adjust processes according to the results obtained and changes in the needs of the organization or the market. 4. Lead simplification and standardization initiatives across the end-to-end Commercial value stream. 5. Govern process performance through KPIs, SLAs, and process control frameworks. 6. Cycle Time Improvement across the end-to-end Commercial processes. 7. Reduction in Rework, Process Variability, and Exceptions Qualifications Who Are We Looking For? Education Professional / Bachelor in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Systems and/or Administration Technology Management or Business Management Experience Training on Business Process Management Certification or Training on Design Thinking Methodology Certification or Training on Aris Tool. Certification or Training in Safe Agile Methodology English and Spanish fluent professional. At least 5-8 years' formal experience leading continuous improvement projects across functions Black Belt Certified (desired) Demonstrated application of Lean tools Proven records in a leading multifunctional team Proven program and project management skills for large-scale programs Deep business acumen Advanced knowledge in Visio, PowerPoint, Excel, Word & Project Outstanding program/project management skills If this is an opportunity that interests you, we encourage you to apply even if you do not meet 100% of the requirements.
