About the role

Обязанности: Fulfill company’s sales plan by monthly/annual categories and brands; Management, support, and development of the team of sales representatives; Execution and implementation of defined sales/trade marketing activities to achieve planned results; Route planning for sales representatives in accordance with company-defined criteria to ensure maximum route efficiency; Implementation and control of pricing, discount, and bonus policies within the assigned territory; Negotiation of trade terms with clients and continuous monitoring of compliance with those terms; Control of the quantity and physical condition of trade equipment/refrigerators within the assigned territory. Требования: Higher education; At least 5 years of work experience in the sales (FMCG) field; Experience in team management; Strong communication skills; Ability to conduct negotiations; Analytical thinking; Fluent in Georgian, English – B1+ level; Knowledge of office programs; Category B driving license and ownership of a personal vehicle.
