Responsibilities The Warehouse Supply Chain Leader (SCL) is responsible for managing end‑to‑end warehouse operations at the Casa Grande site, with direct ownership of safety, service, productivity, and cost performance across assigned shifts or areas. This role leads warehouse Team Supervisors and frontline teams supporting finished goods storage and outbound execution, including auto‑palletizer systems and loader operations, while ensuring seamless coordination with Packaging and Traffic to support uninterrupted plant flow and customer service. The Warehouse SCL serves as a key operational leader, driving disciplined execution of standard work, resolving operational constraints, and ensuring alignment across departments. Safety, Quality & Compliance Own warehouse safety performance, ensuring compliance with all Pepsi Co safety, environmental, and regulatory standards Enforce safe operation of auto‑palletizers, conveyors, stretch wrappers, forklifts, and loading equipment Identify, escalate, and resolve safety hazards, near misses, and incidents; ensure corrective actions are implemented and sustained Ensure compliance with food safety, quality, and material handling requirements Warehouse & Material Flow Operations Lead day‑to‑day execution of warehouse operations, including finished goods storage, staging, and outbound flow Own operational performance of auto‑palletizer systems, ensuring uptime, proper changeovers, and alignment with production output Oversee loader operations, including staffing, dock execution, trailer loading accuracy, and departure readiness Balance labor, equipment, and space utilization to meet volume, service, and productivity targets Use data, KPIs, and visual management to monitor performance and drive corrective actions People Leadership Directly lead and develop facilitator and frontline teams Set clear expectations for safety, performance, and accountability Provide coaching, feedback, and performance management in alignment with company policy and labor agreements Support onboarding, training, and capability development for warehouse associates and leaders Cross‑Functional Collaboration Partner closely with Packaging Operations to ensure timely movement of finished goods from production to warehouse staging Collaborate with the Traffic Department to align staffing, dock readiness, trailer availability, and shipment execution Proactively communicate volume changes, constraints, and risks across Warehouse, Packaging, and Traffic Support site‑level operating rhythms, daily performance reviews, and escalation forums Continuous Improvement Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, service, productivity, and cost Reinforce standard work, operating rhythms, and systematic problem solving Lead or support department‑level projects related to warehouse flow, automation performance, and labor efficiency Administrative & Business Management Ensure accurate labor planning, timekeeping, and payroll execution Manage shift documentation, performance reporting, and issue escalation Support adherence to site budget, cost targets, and operational plans Compensation and Benefits: The expected compensation range for this position is between $80,200 - $134,250. Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process. Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 8% of annual salary paid out annually. Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.
