We are looking for a Dare for Tomorrow to join our Human Resources team in İzmir or Manisa Plant. Video Interview (9 - 15 June): You will complete a video interview consisting of 3 short questions about your motivation and abilities Face-to-Face Assessment (6 - 17 July): You will be invited to a face-to-face assessment at Pepsi Co Headquarters where you will experience analyzing a business case in a group discussion Interview (23 - 29 July): You will have a chance to share more about yourself in a meeting with your future line manager. (15 September) Responsibilities Support the execution of HR strategy and core people processes across Manisa&Izmir Plants and Agro Operations Actively contribute to the delivery of a full range of HR services by understanding employee needs, expectations and engagement drivers Support employee relations processes, ensuring fair, consistent and equitable application of HR policies, practices and tools Partner with HRBPs to collect and analyze employee insights through surveys, feedback mechanisms, listening sessions and engagement tools Provide operational and analytical support to performance management, talent development, learning and Total Rewards processes Support managers throughout the performance management cycle (goal setting, mid‑year check‑ins, year‑end reviews) by ensuring process discipline and timely execution Assist workforce planning, staffing, assessment and selection processes, ensuring alignment of people capabilities with business needs Contribute to analyses related to organization design, role clarity and workforce effectiveness; support implementation of approved changes Support talent review, development and succession planning activities through data preparation, reporting and follow‑up actions Participate in initiatives that promote employee engagement, inclusion, trust and open communication (e.g. focus groups, roundtables, pulse checks) Support Code of Conduct, Speak‑Up and ethics‑related processes through coordination, documentation and awareness activities Qualifications Fresh graduates or professionals with a maximum 1 year of working experience (Note that you can apply if you will graduate before August 2026) Fluent in both English and Turkish Agile approach to work in a dynamic environment Strong collaboration and communication skills
