Обязанности: Develop & implement category / brand strategy to ensure profitable growth Ownership over brand equity – continuously ensure brand equity is aligned with local market needs and strategic objectives Category P&L management Market Research & Consumer Insights Development and execution of yearly marketing plan Development of 360 communication campaigns Build strong innovation pipeline for the brands Lead cross-functional teams to ensure the achievement of business results Effective use and control of A&M budget, ensuring brand's priorities are covered Требования: University Degree (Marketing preferred, Business Administration or similar) 2–4 years of experience in brand management / marketing (FMCG experience preferred; Dairy category as a plus) Basic understanding of brand equity drivers and experience in supporting brand growth initiatives Good analytical skills and ability to work with data to derive insights and support decision-making Experience in budget tracking and basic financial analysis (supporting P&L, A&P budgets) Exposure to campaign execution, NPD launches, or promotional activities Understanding of category dynamics and consumer insights Strong project management and organizational skills, ability to drive projects cross-functionally with supervision Good communication and stakeholder management skills English – Upper-Intermediate / Fluent; Russian – Fluent; Kazakh – working knowledge is an asset
