Project Engineer / Astt Manager

Overview Project Engineer / Astt Manager Responsibilities Lead Project Management from Pepsico Plant which involves: Managing Finances planning CAPEX write up ,spend , PO as well as yearly AOP . Performing quality control tasks on budgets, schedules, plans, and personnel performance and reporting on the project's status. Preparing, scheduling, coordinating, and monitoring of assigned engineering projects. Reviewing the engineering tasks and initiating the necessary corrective actions. Developing specifications for the project's needed equipment. Creating frameworks to measure the project's metrics and data collection. Support project feasibility study on all green/ brown field project covering automation, growth, innovation, as well as providing engineering solution support other functions. Lead factory digitalization projects transformation via low-cost automation & disruptive technology to deliver productivity saving per annual business plan for Vietnam foods. AOP building. Spend Phasing Planning & tracking on monthly basis. Invoices GR & Tracking. Execute continuous improvement through productivity program to deliver productivity project to achieve the target. Understand EHS system and ISO systems and comply MESS/HAZOP and LOTO programs on all project execution. Understand Food safety/AIB and ISO systems on all project execution. Technically sounded. Qualifications Have good contacts with local suppliers , who can support local projects with low cost. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work with multiple discipline projects. Should possess organizational, time management, leadership, and decision-making skills. Have good knowledge on preparing presentations , weekly reports & monthly reports. Hands on experience on AUTOCAD , Microsoft project as well 3 D drawings. Flexible & Agile abilities.
