About the role

Overview Pepsi Co Foods Canada has current openings at the Frito Lay Facility in Cambridge, ON for a Warehouse Technician (Weekend Night Shift). The Role: The Warehouse Technician will contribute to the success of Pepsi Co Foods Canada by playing a critical role in the “move” portion of our business. The Warehouse Technician will be required to ensure the accuracy of the orders that they are picking, as well as ensure they are performing their job efficiently and effectively. This role requires prolonged standing, lifting, and frequent movement. What you can expect from us Competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits tailored to support your well-being A dynamic and inclusive culture that promotes you to bring your whole self to work A supportive and collaborative team invested in your growth and development An opportunity to be meaningful and impactful within your work and projects An organization that aims to use their scale, reach and expertise to build a more sustainable world Shift: Saturday, Sunday, Monday (7pm-7am) Compensation: $22.60 (+Shift Premiums) Responsibilities Full Case belt picking and placing Operating Auto Cart Loader (ACL) to include jam and fault recovery Operating Warehouse computer systems (ICS, etc) Load and unload bulk and individual cases to/from trailers Strapping and bundling cardboard Gathering pallet boards Manually loading individual cases on carts and carts onto trailers Autonomous maintenance activity as required by task Maintaining proper housekeeping standards in work areas Attendance in warehouse team meetings as required Performing work in a safe manner and required to follow all safety practices and policies Qualifications High school diploma or GED equivalent required Great teamwork and excellent communication skills Previous operations experience (or similar) preferred but not required Outstanding organizational skills as demonstrated by your ability to handle multiple priorities, problem solve and meet deadlines or targets Physically capable of lifting up to 50lbs as required Power the Brands People Love From the products on shelves to the moments consumers share every day, Pepsi Co’s frontline teams make it happen.
