Responsibilities The Opportunity Pepsi Co’s Strategy & Transformation (S&T) organization has been established to drive Pepsi Co’s Digital Transformation and critical strategic initiatives globally, for all sectors and functions.
Within the S&T organization, we are building our Change Center of Excellence.
The Change CoE will lead strategic agenda by providing CM expertise supporting Pepsi Co’s “Big Bets.” The Change CoE will lead Change Management for priority transformation programs by owning change management, global frameworks and tools, and through growing S&T Change Talent.
To enable this purpose, we are looking for a Change Management Associate Manager with change expertise and proven experience supporting large and complex transformational projects; applying change tools and techniques to assess, diagnose, design, support, deliver and execute custom solutions needed for the successful delivery of the project.
This role will work with key stakeholders across programs, and focused on developing, managing, and executing transformational activities. eB2B Program Details: The eB2B Change Management Associate Manager will define, develop and deliver strategic change playbooks and change management strategies focused on achieving eB2B program adoption to take our e Go-To-Market (eGTM) transformation to the next level, enabling a connected omnichannel experience.
Pepsi CoConnect to efficiently engage with customers, driving incremental net revenue growth via store-specific targets, facilitating digital ordering, and enhancing customer engagement and loyalty incentives.
Your Impact
The S&T Change Management Associate Manager will:
Define, develop, and deliver scalable global-to-local change toolkits and assets for new markets, ensuring adoption targets are met through stakeholder mapping, impact analysis, and readiness assessments.
Design and implement holistic change management strategies and detailed plans in collaboration with Program stakeholders and market teams, ensuring seamless integration, delivery, and monitoring.
Provide hands-on support to market teams, including change deliverables across key pillars: leadership, communication, training, digital mindset, recognition, incentives, and sustainability.
Partner with market teams to establish strong change management foundations, co-create strategies, and deliver high-impact initiatives that accelerate adoption (“paths to green”).
Develop sustainment strategies that enable markets to achieve long-term adoption targets and adapt to ongoing change.
Create and deploy global communication and recognition models that foster engagement and collaboration across leadership, capabilities, sectors, and functions.
Capture and consolidate best practices and lessons learned across markets to continuously enhance global toolkits and assets.
Contribute to risk mitigation and leadership alignment by providing inputs that strengthen the development and execution of change management strategies.
Actively support Global S&T Change CoE initiatives to build organizational capability and resilience.
Qualifications Who Are We Looking For?
Qualifications / Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Organizational Development, Communications, Industrial Engineering or related field.
Minimum 5 years of in-depth experience in Change Management, Large-scale global Transformations, Organizational Development, Organizational Effectiveness, Agile System Implementation, Consulting experience, Human Resources.
Expertise with various Change Management methodology ADKAR, Kotter, etc.
Proficiency in MS Office suite of applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, MS Teams, Co Pilot, Share Point etc.
Proficiency in design and interactive tools such as Canva, Whiteboard, Mentimeter, Kahoot, etc.
Fluency with English at a professional level.
