We are looking for a Quality Supervisor to join our team in Manisa Plant. The Quality Supervisor is responsible for ensuring that all quality and food safety activities are carried out in compliance with Pepsi Co standards, company policies, and legal regulations. The role supports the continuous improvement of quality systems, oversees laboratory and production quality controls, and ensures product compliance from raw materials to finished goods. The position also plays a key role in team leadership, supplier management, GMP implementation, HACCP practices, and cross-functional collaboration across manufacturing operations. Responsibilities Lead and maintain quality control systems in line with company and regulatory requirements Ensure raw materials, packaging materials, and finished products meet Pepsi Co and legal quality standards Manage laboratory operations, product testing, inspections, and reporting processes Drive corrective and preventive actions for quality and food safety issues Support HACCP, GMP, sanitation, hygiene, and food safety management systems Coordinate supplier quality activities and participate in audits and inspections Monitor calibration, verification, and maintenance of testing equipment Lead, coach, and develop quality team members while monitoring performance Collaborate closely with production, planning, R&D, and other departments to ensure operational excellence Support continuous improvement, waste reduction, and sustainability initiatives Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Food Engineering Minimum 3 years of experience in quality management within FMCG or food manufacturing industry Strong knowledge of food safety systems, HACCP, GMP, and quality standards Advanced English communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
