Ensure development and growth across all categories by achieving revenue and volume targets as per Annual Operating Plan. Market visits. Promote sales by introducing merchandising and display techniques to Sales Reps. Keeps the organization informed of competitor activity and customer status. Business development and growth of customer base. Ability to access, analyze sales and apply insights into sales reports to drive growth. Achieve revenue and volume target as per Annual Operating Plan Obtain new business as per Annual Operating Plan Access and analyze reports to drive continuous improvement Compile and implement sales & promotional plan Visit and support customers Manage customer complaints Compile monthly Sales reports Qualifications 3-year Business/Commercial Tertiary qualification or equivalent 3 years working experience in FMCG environment, with 1 year in a selling role/selling experience Valid driver’s license Leaderships skills Good communication skills Good clerical and computer skills “Pepsi Co is an Equal Opportunity Employer in line with the Employment Equity Act"
