Responsibilities The Opportunity The Customer Experience Coordinator will drive online sales growth and conversion by elevating the end‑to‑end consumer experience across retailer digital ecosystems. Although Pepsi Co does not operate retailer-owned platforms, this role shapes all digital touchpoints by partnering closely with Retail Media, Content, Omnichannel Marketing, and e Commerce KAMs, ensuring seamless execution of Perfect Digital Store standards and full-funnel strategies. Your Impact This position plays a crucial role in customer engagement, acting as a Mexico-level coordinator for JBP sessions, full-funnel alignment, and relationship-building efforts aimed at improving Pepsi Co's Advantage Rank with strategic customers. The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, creatively disruptive, curious, digitally-driven, and experienced in online retailers, omnichannel leaders, or marketplace environments. Qualifications Who Are We Looking For? Experience
  • 2–3 years of experience in e Commerce, digital shelf management, UX for online retail, or content optimization in CPG / FMCG or e Retail environments.
  • Proven experience improving conversion KPIs in online retailers (e.g., product detail page optimization, A/B testing, hero imagery, product copy, and UX elements).
  • Hands on experience with digital shelf / measurement tools (ideally Shalion or similar) to monitor availability, ranking, and digital shelf share and to translate data into actions.
  • Solid understanding of Perfect Digital Store principles (search, content, assortment, pricing, promotion, availability, media) and how these connect to conversion.
  • Knowledge of SEO and onsite search optimization within retailer ecosystems: keyword strategy, product titles, descriptions, attributes, tags, and filters.
  • Familiarity with Brand Stores, A+ Content, and rich media assets (images, videos, comparison charts, recipes, etc.) in retailer or marketplace environments.
  • Experience working closely with e Commerce KAMs, Marketing, Media, and agencies to execute joint campaigns and digital shelf projects.
  • Strong analytical skills: ability to read dashboards, conversion funnels, and shopper metrics, turning data into simple, prioritized recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills – capable of influencing and aligning cross functional teams in a non hierarchical environment.
  • High attention to detail and quality in copywriting and content review (English and Spanish desirable).
