Overview Manage Environmental, Health and Safety system to meet GEHSMS Lead EHS projects, activities, and risk assessment of workplace.

Build employee’s knowledge and awareness of EHS Maintain and develop, if require, the necessary EHS standards to ensure the environmental health and safety of site personnel, visitors and contractor are comply with the local EHS regulation, ISO14001 and ISO45001 system and Pepsi Co EHS standards.

Responsibilities Lead Hazard identification and Risk Assessment program Manage the preventive action of incident, occupational disease and emergency situation.

Set strategy, annual plan, project or activities on EHS including off the job safety to prevent and reduce incidents, occupational disease, and environmental pollution release.

Manage program to develop EHS knowledge for all employees in plant and improve safety culture Support RECON and Food safety Program Develop team technical capability.

Develop team competencies.

Coach subordinates to work in team and cross function.

Qualifications Bachelor degree of Occupational Health and Safety with certified by government and have Safety officer at professional’s license.

Must have at least 7 years’ experience in safety management in manufacturing.

Be skill and knowledgeable in hazard and exposure identification, auditing, inspections; conducting EHS training and related governmental reporting requirements.

Have a solid, demonstrable working knowledge of local regulatory requirements.

Have a good work ethic and lead by example in a meeting schedules, appointments and timelines.

Fluently in English communication (writing, reading and speaking) Good computer literature in Microsoft office.
