Responsibilities The Opportunity The Platform & Solutions Sr.
Analyst is a critical bridge between HR Technology and HR Operations, ensuring our systems not only function flawlessly but also deliver a seamless, intuitive experience for employees across the Americas.
In this role, you will be a key player in driving the People Solutions agenda, actively participating in the end-to-end lifecycle of regional HR technology initiatives.
We are looking for a hybrid professional—someone who possesses technical expertise in managing enterprise HR platforms, but who equally understands the nuances of HR Service Delivery.
Your Impact Project Implementation & Delivery *Requirement Gathering & Design: Partner with regional HR stakeholders to analyze operational pain points and translate business requirements into functional technology designs. *Testing & Validation: Lead and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for regional initiatives, ensuring new modules, integrations, or configurations meet operational standards before go-live. Deployment & Hypercare: Provide critical, hands-on support during system go-lives, acting as the primary escalation point to resolve immediate post-launch defects and ensure business continuity.
Ongoing Business Support & Governance *Platform Orchestration: Serve as a subject matter expert for the regional HR technology ecosystem, ensuring data integrity, compliance, and consistency across core platforms. *Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify opportunities to streamline existing HR Service Delivery workflows, leveraging technology to reduce manual touchpoints and improve resolution times. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Global IT, local HR BPs, Payroll, and external vendors to assess the impact of system changes, upgrades, and new labor regulations on current configurations.
Qualifications Who Are We Looking For?
Experience: *HR Technology Expertise: 4+ years of proven experience working, supporting, and implementing enterprise HRIS platforms (e.g., Success Factors, Service Now, SAP, UKG) and related ecosystem tools. *HR Operations Acumen: Strong background working within or closely alongside an HR Shared Services or HR Operations model.
You must understand the "why" behind the process, not just the "how" of the system. Project Lifecycle Experience: Demonstrated success participating in the full project lifecycle (Requirements, Design, Build, Test, Deploy, Support) for regional or global rollouts.
Skills & Abilities *Process Engineering: Ability to map current-state operational processes and design optimized, system-enabled future states. *Analytical Problem Solving: Strong capability to diagnose complex system and integration issues, finding root causes rather than just treating symptoms. *Stakeholder Management: Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical constraints to HR business leaders and operational needs to IT developers. *Agility: Comfort navigating a fast-paced, matrixed environment, balancing long-term project deliverables with day-to-day operational support needs.
