Overview The Consumer:

Experience: Senior Specialist is a strategic role responsible for serving as the global content owner for all consumer-facing digital content across approximately 200 websites.

This includes oversight of important public information, including FAQs, nutritional information (Pepsi CoProduct Facts.com), content syndication, Salesforce Knowledge, and Joy Rewards.

The role partners closely with cross functional stakeholders to define content strategy, drive the enhancement roadmap, and ensure ongoing governance, accuracy, and optimization.

This position also leverages consumer feedback and data insights to identify trends, inform decision-making, and continuously improve the end-to-end consumer experience.

This position will also lead CX finance support.

Experience: & Product Ownership Content Governance, Optimization & SEO Financial Management & CX Operations Stakeholder, Communications & People Leadership Operational Enablement & Planning Must be strongly proficient in writing in English Compensation and Benefits: The expected compensation range for this position is between $80,200 - $134,250.

Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary.

Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 8% of annual salary paid out annually.

Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.
