Join our team as a Workforce Financial Analyst where you will use your analytical expertise to drive strategic business decisions. In this role, you will build financial models, analyze workforce trends, and provide data-driven insights that directly impact our organization's success. This role is 4 days a week in office.

What You'll Do:

  • Develop sophisticated cost models and economic scenarios to inform business strategy

    • Analyze workforce data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities

    • Create compelling visualizations and reports for senior leadership

    • Partner with cross-functional teams to solve complex business challenges

    • Conduct scenario planning and financial forecasting for workforce initiatives

    • Translate complex data into actionable business recommendations

    • Analyze workforce-related processes across interconnected HR, payroll, and operational systems to identify inefficiencies and design optimization strategies

What We're Looking For:

  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills with proficiency in Excel, data visualization tools, and statistical analysis
  • Experience with cost modeling, financial analysis, or workforce analytics
  • Ability to communicate complex findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Business Analytics, Statistics, or related field
  • Intellectual curiosity and problem-solving mindset
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating across teams
  • Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job
  • Willingness to travel as necessary, work the required schedule, work at the specific location required, complete Penske employment application, submit to a background investigation (to include past employment, education, and criminal history) and drug screening are required.
