POSITIONS AVAILABLE: Position:

Tote Load Out

Scheduled: Sunday

• Wednesday 8:30AM - 7:00PM

Wage:

$20.40 per hour

**This job is physically demanding – the average amount of totes per truck is roughly between 80 – 130, at 30lbs per tote. Per shift, the associate could be loading 6 – 10 trucks (15,000 – 21,000 lbs.). Each day could vary.

Responsibilities of this role:

• Partially working in a temperature - controlled fast paced environment between 34 – 36 degrees.
• On your feet and moving for the duration of your shift.
• Manual lifting of cold chain totes up to 30 lbs.
• Bending, reaching, pushing, pulling walking.
• Stacking cold chain products onto trailers.
• Pulling empty bakery cans from trailers.
• Pushing U-boats from the cooler onto trailers.
• At all times, follow all SOP’s while also adhering to GMP policies.
• Ability to lift 30 lbs.
• Ability to push/pull 50lbs or more (on wheels).
• Performing other duties as assigned to include but not limited to; stamping/coding product, trailer loading/offloading (no PIT required), general warehouse clean up.

Qualifications:

• No prior warehouse experience required but preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Proficient reading skills and ability to follow directions required
• Ability to work independently, customer service, dealing with others, multi-tasking skills, organizational skills, flexible, excellent with numbers and time management skills required
• Flexible to work overtime preferred
• Ability to work in non-climate-controlled conditions required
• Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job
• Ability to work independently, customer service, multi-tasking skills, organizational skills, flexible, and time management skills required
• Willingness to work the required schedule, work at the specific location required
• Complete a Penske employment application, submit to a background investigation (to include past employment, education, and criminal history) and drug screening required.
