We are seeking highly motivated and talented students to join our team as Interns. This internship provides a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience with cutting-edge spatial analytical

Responsibilities:

• Utilize SAS or Python to analyze data for a variety of business problems.

• Develop propensity model (logistic regression/XGB) to help drive business and revenue growth

• Generate meaningful insights using data gathered from multiple sources

Support Senior Data Scientist to develop AI Agent to further improve the workflow and

productivity

• Create engaging Story to communicate the findings/results effectively

Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in a STEM degree program (1st year MS Degree OR 3rd year in BA/BS Degree)
• Course works in Statistics such as Statistical Theory, Statistical Methods, Multi-variate Analysis,
• Linear Model, and Logistic Regression Model
• SAS and/or Python Scikit-Learn Library knowledge
• Microsoft Office such as Word, Excel, and Power Point
• Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job. Willingness to work the required schedule, work at the specific location required, complete Penske employment application, submit to a background investigation (to include past employment, education, and criminal history) and drug screening are required.

Preferred Skills:

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

• Knowledge of basic to intermediate SAS Programming skill

• Knowledge of running regression in SAS environment (PC, SAS Studio or Enterprise Guide

• Knowledge of integrating data for analysis

• Excellent communication and presentation skills
