Job Overview:

The Business Operations Analyst (Intern) supports the Office of the COO by providing structured documentation, workflow tracking, and basic analytical support across ongoing initiatives. This role increases execution capacity by ensuring processes are documented, action items are tracked, and operational data is organized and accessible.

Responsibilities:

Process Documentation & Workflow Tracking

• Document operational workflows, project steps, and recurring processes.

• Maintain structured records of action items, decisions, and timelines.

• Support development of repeatable execution playbooks.

Project & Follow-Up Support

• Track deliverables, deadlines, and ownership across COO Office initiatives.

• Ensure commitments are captured and progress is visible.

Administrative & Coordination Support

• Support recurring operational tasks, reporting coordination, and meeting logistics.

• Assist with cross-functional communication as required for project execution.

Basic Data & Performance Analysis

• Support KPI tracking and simple performance or financial analysis.

• Gather and validate data inputs for executive reporting.

• Prepare structured summaries that support decision-making.

Success in this role is measured by:

Requirements:

• Active student pursuing a Bachelor's degree in: Business Administration, Business Management or Industrial Engineering.
