About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Business Operations Intern to join our team for a 3-month internship. This role offers hands-on exposure to strategic initiatives, operational performance tracking, and cross-functional coordination.

You will work closely with business leaders to support planning, reporting, and process improvement efforts that drive efficiency and business growth.

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Business Operations team in tracking key performance metrics and preparing weekly/monthly business reports

• Assist in analyzing data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities

• Contribute to business reviews, leadership presentations, and internal communications

• Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to support ongoing strategic initiatives

• Help streamline internal processes and recommend operational improvements

• Conduct market or competitor research to inform business decisions

• Support ad-hoc strategic and operational projects as needed

What We’re Looking For

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or a related field

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint (experience with data visualization tools is a plus)

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• A proactive mindset with a willingness to learn
