Essential Responsibilities:

• Delivers complete solutions spanning all phases of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) (design, implementation, testing, delivery and operations), based on definitions from more senior roles.
• Advises immediate management on project-level issues
• Guides junior engineers
• Operates with little day-to-day supervision, making technical decisions based on knowledge of internal conventions and industry best practices
• Applies knowledge of technical best practices in making decisions

Minimum Qualifications:

• 3+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree OR Any equivalent combination of education and experience.

Your day-to-day

As a Sr Software Engineer focused on Web, you'll design and implement robust frontend solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality web products.

Your day-to-day will primarily involve:

• Designing and developing scalable web applications and user interfaces

• Optimizing web performance, accessibility, and user experience

• Learning from and supporting other engineers

• Collaborating with design teams to implement pixel-perfect, responsive interfaces

What you need to succeed

• Advanced proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, with deep expertise in ES6+, asynchronous programming, and modern architectural patterns for large-scale frontend systems.

• Extensive hands-on experience with modern frameworks (React, Vue.js, or Angular), designing and evolving scalable, maintainable, and reusable frontend architectures.

• Demonstrated ownership of high-performance web applications, including performance optimization strategies, accessibility (WCAG compliance), and cross-browser resilience at scale.

• Strong technical leadership capabilities, actively driving code quality through reviews, influencing architectural decisions, leading design discussions, and mentoring engineers across levels.

• Expert-level knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, responsive design systems, and modern build tooling (Webpack, Vite, or similar), including optimization and configuration strategies.

• Deep understanding of state management patterns, complex API integrations, frontend observability, and automated testing strategies to ensure long-term reliability and scalability.
