We offer merchants an end-to-end payments solution that provides authorization and settlement capabilities, as well as instant access to funds and payouts. We also help merchants connect with their customers, process exchanges and returns, and manage risk. We enable consumers to engage in cross-border shopping and merchants to extend their global reach while reducing the complexity and friction involved in enabling cross-border trade.

Job Summary:
This role leads multiple engineering operational initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities and strategic objectives. As part of the team supporting our Financial Services organization, this position partners closely with stakeholders across Global Merchant Lending, Money Management, and Debit portfolios to drive execution of high-impact roadmap initiatives. The role coordinates cross-functional engineering, technical, and procurement activities, while proactively managing program-level risks, dependencies, and delivery milestones to ensure successful outcomes.
Job Description:
Essential Responsibilities:

Scope: The project & program responsibilities are focused on the delivery of a product or computer-based system from design to release for customers.

Develop and manage program plans, including timelines, milestones, deliverables, and procurement activities.

Coordinate activities across multiple projects to ensure alignment with program objectives.
-
Monitor program performance and implement corrective actions as needed.
-
Communicate program status to stakeholders and executive leadership.
-
Manage program budgets and financials.
-
Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and resolve conflicts.
-
Ensure adherence to engineering standards and best practices.
Minimum Qualifications:
-
5+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree OR Any equivalent combination of education and experience.

Proven track record of managing complex programs within an engineering environment.
Additional Responsibilities & Preferred Qualifications:

Experience supporting financial services, merchant lending, money management, or debit/card-based product portfolios

Proven ability to manage programs within regulated financial or Fin Tech environments

The base pay for this role will depend on where you work and the relevant experience and expertise you bring. The expected range of pay for this role by location is:

Chicago, Illinois | ($145,000.00 - $215,050.00 Annually)
Additional Location(s) | Pay Range:
Austin, Texas | ($145,000.00 - $215,050.00 Annually)
Additional compensation for this role may include an annual performance bonus, equity, or other incentive compensation, as applicable.
