Job Summary:

This job is responsible for completing routine tasks under detailed instructions while following standard processes. They collaborate with peers to ensure accurate task execution and seek guidance to improve their understanding of processes. This role involves assisting in data collection and analysis to support process improvement initiatives, contributing to team discussions, and sharing insights on task execution.

Job Description: Essential Responsibilities:

• Seek guidance from team members to understand processes and improve task execution.
• Assist in data collection and analysis to support process improvement initiatives.
• Contribute to team efforts by engaging in discussions and sharing insights on process tasks.
• Monitor the email inbox for callouts and time-off requests.
• Approve timecards daily and ensure schedules are accurate.
• Perform operational projects as assigned by management.
• Support Help Desk queues related to Ariba Procure-to-Pay (P2P) activities.
• Process and resolve invoice discrepancies and exceptions.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree OR Any equivalent combination of education and experience.
