The Senior Technical Program Manager (STPM), Revenue Operations is responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering complex, cross‑functional technology initiatives that support the end‑to‑end revenue lifecycle. This role serves as a force multiplier across Product Management, Architecture, Salesforce Platform, and Engineering teams, ensuring high‑priority Rev Ops programs are delivered predictably, on time, and with measurable business outcomes. The STPM does not own people or product roadmaps, but owns execution: integrating work across Salesforce.com, GTM systems, and enterprise integrations (e.g., CPQ, billing, ERP, marketing, enablement, data platforms). This role brings structure, transparency, and rigor to ambiguity and is accountable for delivery governance, dependency management, risk mitigation, and stakeholder alignment.
Qualifications
-
Lead complex, multi‑workstream Rev Ops technology programs spanning Salesforce.com, integrations, data, and GTM tooling. Translate high‑level strategy and roadmaps into clear execution plans, milestones, dependencies, and delivery metrics. Own integrated program plans, delivery timelines, RAID tracking, and executive‑level status reporting. Proactively identify and resolve execution risks, scope tradeoffs, and cross‑team dependencies.
-
Coordinate delivery across Salesforce admin, development, architecture, and integration teams. Ensure Salesforce initiatives align with defined solution architectures, platform standards, and release practices. Drive execution of enterprise integrations (API‑based, event‑driven, middleware/i PaaS) across CRM, CPQ, billing/ERP, marketing, and analytics platforms. Partner with architecture and platform teams to ensure scalability, security, data quality, and platform health are incorporated into delivery plans.
-
Establish and run delivery governance rituals: quarterly planning, dependency reviews, release readiness, and go‑live coordination. Partner with Product Management on intake, sequencing, and prioritization—ensuring commitments are realistic and outcomes are measurable. Support change management, release communications, enablement coordination, and post‑launch stabilization.
-
Serve as a primary point of coordination between Rev Ops, Sales, Marketing, Customer Experience, Finance, IT, and external partners. Communicate clearly with executive stakeholders on progress, risks, tradeoffs, and decisions. Maintain program documentation, decision logs, and execution artifacts to support transparency and accountability.
