Overview

Sells product solutions to prospective clients to help achieve organizational performance and financial objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Follows up on new leads to conduct meetings and utilize the virtual presentation in order to maximize the prospects client experience
  • Analyzes the customer needs and interests, determines which products are appropriate and referring to appropriate division when necessary
  • Maintain availability for transferred calls through Sure Payroll sales line to maximize connection rate and optimize prospective client’s experience
  • Assisting customer in submitting accurate new business paperwork and weekly activity reports by agreed upon dates set by Sales management to assist with forecasting
  • Achieve technical, competitive and sales skill knowledge. Competency is measured by the successful attainment of objectives and performance within Sure Payroll
  • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints
  • Projecting a positive image in representing Sure Payroll to clients and the community

Compensation

In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share that the compensation range for this position is typically between $38,000-$75,000. This range includes base pay plus commissions but does not consider other components that make up the total rewards
