Overview
This role is intentionally designed as a Coverage Markets / bench role. Sales Executives will begin by selling virtually, covering open and emerging Enterprise HCM territories nationwide. The ultimate goal of the role is to transition into a dedicated local field sales territory
once: 1. A local Enterprise field territory (100+ employees) becomes available,and
2. The Sales Executive has demonstrated readiness to independently own and grow a field territory.
Upon transition, the Sales Executive will move into the field and prospect local enterprise clients with 100+ employees, owning full-cycle sales responsibility within their assigned market.
Responsibilities

Leverage the Go‑to‑Market Sales Strategy to identify customer needs and present Company solutions to key stakeholders and decision‑makers, utilizing virtual or in‑person engagement based on territory status and client preference, to increase revenue and market share.

Build and manage pipeline across assigned coverage markets while selling virtually until transition into a dedicated local field territory.

Schedule appointments and engage with potential and current referral sources to secure referrals to end‑user prospects.

Prospect for new clients and referral sources using telephone outreach, direct mail, seminars, current client visits, and other marketing programs as directed by Sales leadership.

Analyze customer needs and business objectives, determine appropriate solutions, and partner cross‑functionally when specialized support is required.

Complete and submit accurate new business paperwork, expense reports, and weekly activity reports within established timelines.

Proactively support the resolution of customer issues or concerns to ensure a positive client experience.

Represent the organization professionally and positively to clients, partners, and the broader business community.

Travel outside of assigned geography may be required for training, conferences, zone meetings, or business needs.
Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent (Required)

Bachelor’s Degree (Preferred)

Minimum 5 years of experience in relevant professional, quota‑carrying sales
-
Minimum 3 years of experience within the Human Capital Management (HCM) industry preferred, not required
-
Ability to ramp quickly in a virtual selling environment and successfully transition into a full‑time local field sales role when an Enterprise territory becomes available, based on business need and demonstrated readiness

Willingness and ability to conduct in‑person prospecting and client meetings upon assignment of a field territory

Valid Driver’s License (Required)
